Original Outbound Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in circumstances when the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover the cost of Return Shipping.

Items must be returned in their complete original package and/or certified holder and in the same condition as they were shipped. Any alteration of an item makes it nonreturnable.
