A Signature Delivery required for all orders $ 100 or more single or in total. In effort to pass along savings to our customers, we offer a Combined Shipping Discount. We do not combine shipping into one package and then charge the one package rate. All items will be shipped safely and in the most cost effective manner and a portion of any savings may be passed on to the customer. If making multiple purchases, please inform us PRIOR to making any payments so that any discounts can be applied to your invoice. Per our eBay agreement, we will ship all paid items within 24 hours. Once an item is paid, it is no longer eligible for Combined Shipping. Our system will automatically combine shipping if you purchase multiple items as long as the multiple purchases are completed before the first invoice is generated and before the first item is shipped. Invoice Generation and Shipping is normally done as soon as possible, so to be sure to receive combined shipping, please contact us immediately after purchasing your first item and let us know not to ship it until you are done purchasing. All Store Pickup’s must be arranged in advanced. Please call our main office if you wish to save the shipping charges and pick up your item in our Palatine, Illinois store.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Standard U.S. Domestic shipping is via USPS First Class Package mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request prior to shipping – prices vary depending on value, weight, destination and service level.
International shipping through the E-Bay Global Shipping Program is available to most countries. Some restrictions may apply and we do not ship to all countries – please refer to each Listing for specific countries that we ship to. Expedited shipping is available upon request prior to shipping – prices vary depending on value, weight, destination and service level. The E-Bay Global Shipping Program is responsible for Customs Duties and/or Import Taxes. Buyer is responsible for clearing shipments through Customs as necessary. All shipments to destinations outside the United States will be accompanied with the required Customs Declaration for the Full Value of the Item purchased. There are no exceptions to this requirement
Delivery times are usually 2-3 days for Domestic and 5-6 days for International shipments, however International shipments can take up to 45 Days or more for delivery – this is the USPS service level standard, and deliveries may be delayed clearing Customs in the destination country. All items are shipped with USPS Tracking. Buyer will receive email notices of shipment statuses.
All shipments over $100 require a Signature Verification of delivery. We can offer Insurance on any shipped item, however this must be arranged in advance and is at an additional cost. If Insurance is applied, and a package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us in order to initiate an Insurance Claim. Insurance Claims cannot be filed until 45 days after shipment and will require a signed written declaration of Non-Receipt or Damage from the Buyer, along with pictures and written explanations as applicable.
Local Pickup is available at our Palatine, Illinois location and by arrangements, at our other stores. No Shipping Charges will be charged, or will be refunded if already paid, for Local Pickup.
To start a return you must message us in the eBay system. Refunds will be given once items are received back in original packing and condition. Buyer will pay for return shipping and there may be a restocking fee, as per the listing. There are NO RETURNS on any items that are sold as Bullion and/or items containing any precious metals or currencies. If you are unsure if an item is subject to this NO RETURN policy, please contact us. Additionally the buyer will be Directly Responsible for a 20% RESTOCKING FEE on these types of returns. If the Listing shows NO RETURNS, then the items cannot be returned. Please be aware that we require a phone number for all purchases. This is to help us to resolve issues in a more efficient manner. It is our company policy that while we offer an extremely ample return policy, if you are sold a raw item ( i.e. ungraded uncertified by a 3rd party provider) we do not offer compensation for any coin submissions.
